By accessing, browsing, or using the website https://krisharthh.in/ (the “Site”), any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”), including but not limited to browsing, registering, purchasing, selling, listing, or engaging in any transaction involving seeds of all varieties, fertilizers, agricultural tools, equipment, pesticides, crop protection products, farming guidance, delivery logistics, or any other agri-inputs and related services, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access and use of the Platform.

  • You are a resident of India or a legally registered entity in India.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity.
  • You are not barred under any applicable law.

  • Fertilizers: Urea, DAP, organic fertilizers, micronutrients.
  • Crop Protection: Pesticides, insecticides, fungicides.
  • Tools & Equipment: Farm machinery, irrigation tools.
  • Services: Advisory, logistics, crop planning.

5. User Conduct, Representations, and Warranties

  • Use platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate product details.
  • No misleading or fraudulent practices.

6. Prohibited Activities (BNS Compliance)

  • Fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation.
  • Selling fake or adulterated products.
  • Cybercrime, hacking, or phishing.
  • Harassment or abuse.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including logos, text, images, and trademarks belongs to Krisharthh and is protected under Indian laws.

8. Product Listings, Orders, Pricing

  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Orders can be accepted or rejected.
  • Buyers must check product details carefully.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external conditions.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellation before dispatch allowed.
  • Returns only for defective products.
  • No return for opened seeds/fertilizers.
